It is forbidden to bring into Paris La Défense Arena any dangerous or unlawful item, any bulky object, any item that could be used as a projectile or that poses a risk to spectators, visitors or artists, or any item that could be misused for malicious purposes. The following are prohibited:

  • All containers and receptacles,
  • Bags other than shoulder bags; bags exceeding this size will not be accepted in the cloakroom,
  • Helmets and any face-covering mask,
  • Alcoholic beverages,
  • Any wheeled object,
  • Cameras and video cameras without prior authorisation are prohibited and will be placed in the cloakroom,
  • Coats are not accepted in the cloakroom.
  • Perfumes are STRICTLY prohibited inside the venue and in the cloakroom. Any perfume brought on the day of the event, whether detected during security screening or left at the cloakroom, will be refused and discarded.

Only prohibited non-dangerous items are accepted in the cloakroom. Items larger than 50cm x 20cm x 40cm (40L) will not be accepted in the cloakroom or on site.

We strongly recommend purchasing your tickets exclusively from authorised retailers (Ticketmaster, Carrefour Spectacle, the Paris La Défense Arena website, etc.). The illegal resale of tickets through certain online platforms has increased, causing harm to audiences, artists and event professionals. Risks include inflated prices, counterfeit tickets and duplicate tickets sold multiple times — all of which may result in being denied entry to the event.

In France, the law of 12 March 2012 prohibits the resale of event tickets without the authorisation of the event producer.

Holders of disability and priority cards benefit from a dedicated access lane upon arrival at the venue. Visitors with reduced mobility will enter via Entrance 38 for the Lower Bowl and Entrance 56 for the Upper Bowl, upon presentation of a medical certificate or proof of disability and a valid ID.

If you are arriving from the car park, you may enter via Entrance 5. Do not hesitate to ask our welcome staff for assistance upon arrival. Visitors must carry their card with them at all times when attending an event at Paris La Défense Arena.
