  • All containers and receptacles,
  • Bags other than shoulder bags — bags exceeding this size will not be accepted at the cloakroom,
  • Helmets, any mask covering the face,
  • Alcoholic beverages,

We strongly recommend purchasing your tickets only from authorised sellers (Ticketmaster, Carrefour Spectacle, the Paris La Défense Arena website, etc.). Illegal ticket resale via certain online platforms has been on the rise, causing harm to audiences, artists and event professionals. Inflated prices, counterfeit tickets, duplicate tickets sold multiple times — buying from these platforms carries serious risks, including being denied entry on the night.

In France, the law of 12 March 2012 prohibits the resale of event tickets without the authorisation of the event producer.
