TWO-WHEELED VEHICLE ACCESS
Paris La Défense Arena is accessible by motorcycle, with parking located on the Nanterre side on Place Nelson Mandela. Please note that there will be no security guards on duty. We recommend using public transportation, which is very convenient.
COMING BY CAR
- Coming from Versailles: take “exit 35 – Chatou/Rueil 2000,” then follow signs for La Défense on the D991 and then the D913. Follow the signs once you are on the Boulevard circulaire de la Défense.
- Coming from Saint Denis: Take “exit 2 – Colombes / Bezons / La Garenne Colombes” – then follow La Garenne Colombes on the D992, then La Défense.
- Drop-off and pick-up points are located at 2095 Boulevard de la Défense, at the foot of Maison Georges.

It is prohibited to bring any dangerous or illegal objects, bulky items, objects that could be used as projectiles, or objects that could pose a danger to spectators, visitors, or artists, or that could be misused for malicious purposes, into the Paris La Défense Arena. The following items are therefore prohibited:
- All containers and receptacles,
- Bags other than shoulder bags; bags exceeding these dimensions will not be accepted for storage.
- Helmets, any masks concealing the face.
- Alcoholic beverages.
- Any rolling objects.
- Cameras and video cameras without authorization are prohibited and will be placed in storage.
- Coats are not accepted for storage.
Only prohibited and non-hazardous items are accepted for storage. Containers larger than 50cm x 20cm x 40cm (40l) are not accepted for storage or on site.


We recommend that you only purchase tickets from authorized sales sites (Ticketmaster, Carrefour Spectacle, the Paris La Défense Arena website, etc.). The illegal resale of tickets via certain internet platforms has increased, harming audiences, artists, and entertainment professionals. Speculation on tickets resold at exorbitant prices (above their true value), counterfeit tickets, duplicates of the same ticket resold several times… Buying from these sites carries many risks, including the risk of not being able to attend the show.
In France, the law of March 12, 2012 prohibits the resale of tickets to shows without the authorization of the show producer.
Holders of disability cards and priority cards for people with disabilities have reserved access when they arrive at the venue doors. People with reduced mobility will enter via Entrance 38 for the Lower Bowl and Entrance 56 for the Upper Bowl, upon presentation of a medical certificate or proof of disability and an ID card.
If you are coming from the parking lot, you can enter through entrance 5. Please feel free to ask the reception staff for assistance upon arrival. Spectators must therefore always bring their card with them when visiting Paris La Défense Arena.
A drop-off and pick-up point is available in front of Maison Georges at the following address: 2095 Boulevard de la Défense, 92000 Nanterre.
Paris La Défense Arena offers free, open-access Wi-Fi. Upon arrival, connect to the “ParisLaDefArena_Public” network to share your unique experience. Accessing the Wi-Fi network is very simple:
- Connect to the free WI-FI network “ParisLaDefArena_Public.”
- Open a web page to automatically access the portal.
- Enter your email address and accept the terms of use.

- I am under 16 years old. Can I attend the event?
Yes, only if you are accompanied by an adult.
- Can I bring my baby to the concert?
Everyone, regardless of age (even infants), must have a ticket.
- May I leave my coat in the cloakroom?
No, there is no cloakroom and coats will not be accepted for storage.
- I’m going to be a little late for the event. Will I still be able to enter the room?
Don’t worry, the doors will remain open throughout the event.
To help you prepare for your return journey, here are a few tips to avoid traffic jams and slowdowns:
- If you are traveling by public transport:
- Towards Paris: Go to La Défense station (Line 1 / RER A)
- Other directions: Go to La Défense station for lines L & Tram 2
- If you are traveling by public transport towards Saint-Germain en Laye, Cergy, and Poissy, you can go to Nanterre Préfecture station and take the RER A.
- If you are traveling by car, we recommend that you follow the A86 to return to Paris or the suburbs.
