Recorded in various studios and produced by Bob Rock, this punk-pop album contains ten of the band’s most energetic tracks. It features Dexter Holland (vocals and guitar), Noodles (lead guitar), Todd Morse (bass), Brandon Pertzborn (drums) and Jonah Nimoy (percussion).
Dexter Holland explains that the album, true to its name, is full of energy and speaks of both their aspirations and their struggles.
