Dua Lipa, the British artist who has conquered the world with her spellbinding voice and dazzling performances, will be stopping off at the Paris La Défense Arena on 23 & 24 May 2025 for a series of concerts that are already shaping up to be legendary, with opening act Alessi Rose. Immerse yourself in the spectacular world of one of the greatest icons of modern pop! This concert is eagerly awaited by fans, so we advise you to prepare your visit to Paris La Défense Arena well in advance of the event.

Friday 23rd & Saturday 24th May 2025

  • 5.30pm: Doors open to the general public
  • 7.30pm: Start of the show
  • You can get to Paris La Défense Arena by public transport, by bike or by car.
  • We advise you to use public transport!
  • We recommend that you arrive as early as 4.30pm
  • Print out your e-ticket or make sure you have enough battery power on your phone to read it on the move

The coloured access indicated on your ticket (yellow, red or purple) helps you to find your way around, but does not mean you have to go through the screening. You can go directly to the entrances indicated below:

Friday 23rd & Saturday 24th May 2025

  • Entrance to the gold pit is via entrance 32 ;
  • Entrances to the pit will be via entrance 33 ;
  • Entrances to level 1 will be via entrances 5, 34 & 60 ;
  • Entrances to level 4 will be via entrances 8 & 56;
  • Entrances to dressing rooms and lounges are via entrances 21, 39 & 55;
  • Access for people with disabilities and reduced mobility will be via entrances 38 & 56.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION

We strongly advise you to come to the concert by public transportation. For full details, visit the RATP website. RATP and SNCF guarantee fast, safe access to the venue:

  • Metro: Line 1 to La Défense
  • RER A stop La Défense – Grande Arche or stop Nanterre Préfecture
  • Tramway: T2 stop La Défense
  • TER: La Défense station

TAXI & VTC

Get home in complete safety with the Taxis and VTC kiosks available around Paris La Défense Arena.

Drop-off and pick-up points are planned at 2095 boulevard de la Défense at the foot of Maison Georges.

TWO-WHEEL ACCESS

Paris La Défense Arena is accessible by two-wheelers, with the car park located on the Nanterre side of Place Nelson Mandela. Please note that there are no security guards. We advise you to use public transport, which is very practical.

DRIVE HERE

  • From Versailles: take exit 35 – Chatou / Rueil 2000, then follow signs for La Défense on the D991 then the D913 – Follow the signs once on the Boulevard circulaire de la Défense.
  • Coming from Saint Denis: Take ‘Exit 2 – Colombes / Bezons / La Garenne Colombes’ – then follow La Garenne Colombes on the D992, then La Défense.
  • Drop-off and pick-up points are planned at 2095 boulevard de la Défense at the foot of Maison Georges.

It is forbidden to bring into the Paris La Défense Arena any dangerous or illicit object that is bulky, that could be used as a projectile and that could be a danger to spectators, visitors or artists, or that could be diverted from its intended use for malicious purposes. The following are therefore prohibited

  • All containers and receptacles,
  • Bags other than shoulder bags,
  • Posters larger than A3,
  • Non-retractable umbrellas,
  • Any rolling object,
  • Unauthorised cameras are prohibited and will be left in the locker,
  • Coats are not accepted in the locker.

Only prohibited and non-hazardous items will be accepted for deposit. Containers larger than 50cm x 20cm x 40cm (40l) are not accepted for deposit or on site.

We recommend that you only buy tickets from authorised sales sites (Ticketmaster, Carrefour Spectacle, the Paris La Défense Arena website, etc). The illegal resale of tickets via certain internet platforms has increased, harming audiences, artists and entertainment professionals. Speculation on tickets resold at exorbitant prices (beyond their true value), counterfeit tickets, duplicates of the same ticket resold several times… Buying on these sites involves many risks, not least the risk of not being able to attend the show.

In France, the law of 12 March 2012 prohibits the resale of show tickets without the authorisation of the show producer.

Holders of disability and priority cards for the disabled will be given reserved access when they arrive at the doors of the venue. People with reduced mobility will enter via Entrance 38 for the Lower Bowl and Entrance 56 for the Upper Bowl, on presentation of a medical certificate or proof of disability and an identity card.

If you are coming from the car park, you can enter via entrance 5, but do not hesitate to ask the reception staff when you arrive. Spectators should always bring their card with them when they come to the Paris La Défense Arena.

Paris La Défense Arena provides free WIFI access. As soon as you arrive, connect to the ‘ParisLaDefArena_Public’ network to share your unique experience. Accessing the WI-FI network is very simple:

  • Connect to the free WI-FI network ‘ParisLaDefArena_Public’.
  • Open a web page to automatically access the portal.
  • Enter your e-mail address and accept the terms of use.

  • I’m under 16, can I attend the event?

Yes, but only if you are accompanied by an adult.

  • Can I bring my baby to the concert?

Everyone, regardless of age (even infants) must be in possession of a ticket.

  • Can I put my coat in the cloakroom?

No, there is no cloakroom and coats will not be accepted in the left-luggage office.

  • I’m going to be a bit late for the event, but can I still get into the room?

Don’t worry, the doors will remain open throughout the event.

To help you prepare for your way back home, here are a few tips to avoid traffic jams and delays:

  • If you are travelling by public transport :
    • Direction Paris: Go to La Défense station (Line 1 / RER A)
    • Other directions: Go to La Défense station for lines L & Tram 2
    • If you are travelling by public transport to Saint-Germain en Laye, Cergy and Poissy, you can get to Nanterre Préfecture station and take the RER A.
  • If you are travelling by car, we recommend that you follow the signs for the A86 to return to Paris or the suburbs.
